Grass, herbs, and bread aroma, with a hint of fruit (orange peel?). Pine and spicy taste, bread, bitter, dry, with a sour fruity aftertaste.

Bottle. Orange blonde. Spices, soap and orange in the aroma. Perfumed. Sweet flavor with soap and spices. Strong floral notes. Orange. Anis. Out of balance.

Barwa złota, lekko zamglone, piana biała, umiarkowanie obfita, nieco zdobi szkło. W aromacie iglaki, żywica, owoce tropikalne. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo akcentów owoców tropikalnych i żywic, iglaków. Goryczka średnia, sosnowa, nie czuć żyta niestety, wysycenie i ciało w normie, dobra pijalność. Solidne, ale bez szału.

Butelka. Ciemnoz?ote, opalizuj?ce. ?adna drobnop?cherzykowa, g?sta piana, wi?ksze ni? ?rednie wysycenie. Super aromat Simcoe i sosnowych p?dów, mo?e jeszcze delikatny grejpfrut.

High Wycome House Warming. Simcoe hops. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malt base, light cream. Spicy floral orange and tangerine hops. Mild floral bitterness. Citric pith and peel on the dry finish. Bitter linger. Nice.

Bottle at The High WyCum tasting, Chez Bois, thanks to Kenny Kenny 05/11/16. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is floral, orange peel, tangerine, straw, light bread. Taste comprises pine needle, straw, orange peel, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a hop spattering. Decent enough IPA.

Bottle thanks to Jenny. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, pine needles, herbal, fragrant, grassy and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, pine needles, grassy, herbal, light alcohol, spicy, brown bread, resin and a touch of alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent.
