Glas at horn cider. Yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. Average medium dry semi sweet Nice apple flavor. Very week barnyard notes but harmoni.

Bottle sampled at Cider festival. Clear pale yellow with not much head. Sweet and dry apple, dry oak, soft quince, light herbs. Medium sweet and light bitter. Over medium bodied, medium dry.
