Bottle @ Burger & Beer. Black body with a minimal sized beige head. Strong and nice aroma of dark malt and dry fruit. Quite sweet, dark malt, dry, red fruit, moderate bitterness and some warming alcohol. Feels a lot stronger in alcohol than 8,5%. Fine body and long lasting smooth aftertaste. A fine, solid, well balanced, tasty beer. Perfect to my burger.

Bottled (Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Deep amber/pale copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some spices, mild alcohol and some ripe fruits. Flavour is quite similar, but ending in a rather wooden finish.

Smell of raisins, roasted malt, some cognac. Dark bronze colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of caramel malt, raisins, oak, cognac, plums. Sweet. Soft palate and carbon. Too light body for a quad, more of a tripel. Excellent nonetheless.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 8.5%. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Moderate beige head. Aroma of malts, brown kandij sugar and dark dried fruits. The malty flavour has distinct notes of brown kandij sugar and caramel, but is not too sweet. Also notes of Danish pastry and dark dried fruits, moderate hops, hints of mild spices. Good beer.
