Original, Polish beer. Light and top-fermented. As Pinta - we brew this one since 2011 but we still search for the ideal Grodziskie and we change recipe regularly. We are happy to announce eiksizdorG - clarified in tank just before bottling and kegging. 100% of Grodziski wheat malt, smoked with oaken smoke. Hopped only with Polish Lubelski hops. Pinta eiksizdorG - refreshing.

Ingredients: water, wheat Weyermann® malts (smoked with oaken smoke); hops (PL): Lubelski; yeast: Safale™ US-05.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly woody-smoky, floral-herbal and citrusy aroma, hints of beechwood, some lemon, chamomile. Taste is mildly smoky, minimally fruity, minimally diluted hints of beechwood, smoked eel, a cautious touch of chamomile; smooth, soft, silky palate Light body of course, but quite flavourfull, harmonious and balanced. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with airy but stable white head. Clear but mild aroma of yeast and malt, with grainy touches. Mild flavour, quite estery and smoky and slightly acidic, with malty hints. Ditto aftertaste, with some smoky hints. Well, not bad but rather tame.

Bottle, 2.9%. Nice and mild smokey aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a subtle and good smokey note. Other than that the flavour is watery. The mouthfeel, on the other hand, is quite good for the ABV.

0.5l bottle from sklad sadecki Nowy Szacz. Light golden color with high white and quite stable head. Aroma: light bacon, pale malt, subtle grassy notes. Taste: smoke, earth, malt, watery which is pretty okay considering low plato, crisp feeling. Light body, moderate carbonation, light bitterness. Good one, perfectly in style, I feel like I could drink a gallons of this during summer instead of water.

W aromacie lekki dym, ognisko. W smaku wytrawne, jest ognisko, lekkie, wodniste. Wysycenie minimalnie za niskie, pijalne, orzeźwiające. Klasyczne grodziskie, solidne.
