Bottle, 330 ml courtesy of Branko and Bubi. Shared with JFK10000 and Max. Pours black with beige head. Chocolate, some roastiness, some cinnamon, sweet, maple, bitter finish.

Draught @ BierBier. Poured black color with a thin brown head. Maple, sweetness, cinnamon, coconut in aroma. Flavor has coconut, maple, chocolate, sweetness. Light bodied for this abv.

Opaque dark brown beer, good fluffy tan head. Nose of dark chocolate and maple. Smooth palate, soft and a little dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft rich dark chocolate cake, little unsweet chocolate ganache. Nice chocolate cream. Light maple runs throughout. Very light cinnamon, sweet, on the back end. A nice light dark chocolate bitterness holds the sweetness in check. Another very good dessert beer from Deer Bear. Hope there are more in this series. Long chocolate ganache linger. Great stuff.
