[ As Bullfrog Rood Bruin ].
Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, tarrt, sour, berries - cherry, oak - barrel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, dark malt, berries - cherry, tannins, vinegar - balsamic, oak - wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191026]

9-3-8-3-16 Bottle, four years after bottling, shared with Inbreak and friends. Pours dark mahogany, with a small creamy head. Aroma is acetic notes of red wine vinegar, cherries, grapes, tannins, leather and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acetic notes of wine vinegar, grapes, cherries and fruit peel, as well as leather, tannins and wooden barrels.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, dark amber color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, oak, fruit stones, minerals, dried dark berries, mild vinegar, bark, hay, cellar, tiny hints of banana liquor. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, mild vinegar, oak, bark, fruit stones, sour dark berries, hay, minerals, berry skin, dark malts, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense - The Hype Must Be Real. Deep chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit, nuts and turpentine. Dry and tart flavour with plums, cherry and a malty touch of biscuit.
