Il naso rimanda a coriandolo e frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione eccessiva. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano sentori di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara, mandarino ed erbe aromatiche.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a very fizzy pour and a roughish, white head. Nose with plenty of yeast, coriander and orange peel. Light body, very fizzy mouthfeel, tea-like dryness, spicy and slightly phenollic. Way over carbonated. 180225

330ml. bottle. @home. 08/06/2023 [#6.506 Global - #92 France - #2 Brasserie 3 Mats] Pours pale yellow with a lasting white ehad. Aroma: coriander, spiced malts, phenols and straw. Taste: lemongrass, coriander, spiced malts and belgiany yeast. Lively carbonation. Spiced aftertaste. Next one please!

Dorada ligeramente nebulosa de dos dedos de espuma blanca. Aroma a vainilla, especias y limón. En boca es punzante de gas, y de sabor agradable, a bizcocho, con notas citricas y especiadas de canela y cilantro

As 3 Mats Polaris Biere Blanche at 5.0% ABV. Appearanxce: Cloudy pale yellow with a large white frothy head of goood retention. Aroma: Wheat bread, citrus, coriander, barley malt, grass. Taste: As described above. Light sweet, light to medium bitter. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: A decent Wit.

opalescent golden colour, moderate sized white head, which disappears quickly; aroma of grains, lemon, lemongrass, some coriander, camomile and vanilla notes; taste is sourish with similar notes as can be felt in the aroma; easy to drink

Bottle at Le Local. Cloudy golden with big white head, soft coriander, wheat, herbal tea, light hops, dough, orange blossom. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied.

Pours hazy light orange from the bottle. A tall, foamy white head lingers. Aroma is yeasty, with a bit of spice and citrus. After some minutes exposure to air a light prune-like scent comes into the mix. Taste is a somewhat tart, somewhat sweet with hints of lemon and bubblegum. Body is medium with a balanced carbonation. Pretty good.
