Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, mountain cranberries, berry skin, oak, grass, hay, red berries, mild vinegar. Taste is slightly dry, hay, mountain cranberries, oak, grass, heather, berry skin, salt water. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty sour woody weak citrus aroma. Fruity sour tart woody acidic flavor. Has a fruity sour tart woody acidic citrus finish.

Keg at the 4th Copenhage Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a decent beige swirl. Nose is tarte fruit, tangy red berry, cherry skins, toffee, light varnish. Taste comprises cherry skins, wood must, nutty, funk, Brett pangs, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, funky licks and moderate puckerings In the close. Decent sour, good balance.

Tap@CBC 2015, Red Session - pours amber with white head. Sour fruity aroma and taste, straw, medium herbal, grapes, berry fruits, funky, light floral, tart on the palate, dry tart finish.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is tarte fruit rind, pissy, wood must, tangy citric shreds, acidic vibes, vanilla. Taste comprises lemon zest, vinegar strokes, wood must, tarte white grape, dank straw, light dung. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, big acidic puckerings in the close. Ok sour but gets a little too carried away with the acidity @overcooked.

Draught@CBC2015. Hazy golden colour, small white creamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sour wood, some mild winelike notes, a bit parfumed soap too. Flavour is fruity and floral with nice sour wooden notes to it. Mild rubbery/medicinal influences to it as well.

CBC Red Session. Keg. Almost clear deep amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest Flemish red sourness. Little cherry and orange peel. Light floralness. Semi dry finish. Not bad.
