[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 1st session. Golden. Great sour fruity and woody aroma with lacto and a bit of vinegar. Sour flavor, fruity, woody, with lacto and vinegar. Medium-bodied.

Pours hazy deep golden/copper with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, tart, peppermint and wood. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long peppermint, funk and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, fruity, grape, green apples, wine, red wine and white wine, funky.
