That’s how Floki came about. Ragnar’s great friend, a crafted boat builder, but also a mighty warrior and a mystic.
It flows from bourbons barrels, Jack Daniel’s and Woodford blend. We age Ragnar for 14 months and as a result, we end up with a sweet, almost vanilla aroma, which blends fantastically well with the dark, burnt and chocolatey malts.
Be sure to try our others barrel aged Ragnars – Björn and Ivar – as well!

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma has some slightly smoky malty, toasted notes, and some vanillin. Flavour has a nice peated smokiness, vanillin, and medium roast. Complex malts and wonderful peat. Fantastic.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours deep dark brown with a beige head. Plenty of peat smoke and roasted malts on the nose. Flavour has peat smoke, roasted malts , dark sugars, and some boozy bourbon barrels sneaking in at the end. Nice.

Black, oily with tiny beige head. Chocolate and bourbon aroma. Bittersweet flavour, heavy dark malt, bourbon, wood. Warming alc bite in the finish. Soft, low carb. Good.

Dark brown colour, almost black, practically no head, no lacing. Aroma is lots of vanilla, also much dark chocolate that at times feels harsh, bourbon, dried cherry. Medium bitterness. Smooth texture, soft carbonation. Good.

Bottled 330ml. -from Regionalne Alkohole Krakow. Pitch black coloured, small brown head, roasted malt and alcohol in the nose. Roasted malt, alcohol, mild chocolate, notes of dried fruits and woody bourbon touchwith sweetish roasty finish.

Butelka 330ml (data rozlewu 03.04.2019). Czarny jak smoła z niewielką, beżowo-brązową pianą. Aromat średnio-intensywny, palony, ciut czekolady z niewielką nutką alkoholu. Podobnie w smaku, gładkie z lekko alkoholowym, ciut gryzącym finiszem. Piw jest pełne, nisko nasycone ze słodkawym finiszem, tylko tej beczki nie czuć a szkoda bo liczyłem na dużo więcej zwłaszcza czytając bourbon barrel aged, niemniej przyjemne piwo z pazurem.
