Our V2 New England IPA Is very much the same as v1, however its juicer, hazier and thicker than the first time around, with more of a mouth presence. Beautiful aroma of tropical fruits bursting out that is well-balanced with the bitterness hitting you late. Still Un filtered, un fined and vegan friendly beer, that is all natural.

Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty sweet and fruity, quite some peach flavoured candy (artificial flavourings), a bit malty, some citrus, caramel malts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, malty, little fruity, sweet touch, orange peel, caramel, bitter, bit watery. Aftertaste: bitter hops, citrus touch, some grapefruit, hoppy, not really a NEIPA.

440ml can from Seven Seasons in London. Firm white head to a hazy golden body. Spotty lacing on the glass. Mid-sweet citrus on the nose, mealy. Mid-sweet lemon juicy flavours, doughy. Ends with a mid-dry fruity tail. Decent. (Rating session with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 24.01.2019).

Keg at Craftsman. It pours hazy burnt orange with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, oily, nectarine, peachy, dried apricot, biscuit and a bit grainy. The taste is dry, limited bitterness, green, weedy, danky, sweet sponge cake, icing sugar, cake frosting, grainy, onion and floury bread with a drying finish. Light to medium body and fine carbonation. Lacks a bit of cohesion and comes across sweet. So-so.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - murky golden yellow. Decent lacing. Nose - blood orange. Taste - lashings of pink grapefruit going into blood orange again. Light resin on the finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a dry zingy middle and finish. Overall - nice.
