Ice Tea Berliner Time! You are holding a refreshing sour beer infused with black tea with a hint of bergamot. We boosted it up by adding juice and zest of organic lemons harvested just after sunrise on a sunny summer day. :)

Ingredients: water; barley malt; wheat malt; yeast; Lactobacillus; hops.

Serving tempeature: 7-10°C
Pale beer, unfiltered, pasteurized.

Light yellow color with small head. Malt, citrus, tea aromas. Light sourness and bit dry. Average body, bit sticky and fizzy.

Barwa żółta, zmętnione, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie ice tea, kiszonka. W smaku kwaśność niska do średniej, półwytrawne, kiszonka, słodycz od ice tea, nuty cytrynowe lekka. Wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciało lekkie, pijalność umiarkowana. Nieco zbyt nijakie.

500 ml can. Unclear golden, quickly disappearing head. Lemon ice tea, earl grey, bergamotte, lemon juice, lactic acid, some sugar. Dry sourness, sweetness. Light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour sweet finish. Very refreshing and very interesting!

Draught @ Czesc, no head, cloudy pale orange to yellow color. aroma of lemon, mint and shrubs, mellow lemony citrusy flavor with some herbal tea, mellow lemony sourness. Highly enjoyable, would love an ample supply of this.
