Who poured in the Cherries is de allereerste Collabrew van Brouwerij de Werf. Samen met Brouwerij t Uiltje te Haarlem hebben we een mooie Porter van 6% alc. Gemaakt. Door het zoete van de toegevoegde 25kg kersen op 1000 liter, komen de geroosterde koffiebitterheid en cacao tonen, afkomstig van de mout, mooi in balans.

Tap @ Uiltjebar. Reddish Amber color. Cherry juice and caramel in the aroma and flavor. Sweet. Hint of marzipan. Not great.

(Draught at Foeders, Amsterdam, 15 Feb 2019) Dark red colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of chocolate and cherries. Malty, fruity taste with chocolate, coffee, cherries, red fruit and a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, but mainly chocolate and cherries. Quite nice,

Draft at Uiltje Bar, Haarlem. Clear brown with a small tan head. Aroma of candied cherry, malt and soapy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
