Bottle at Minister Cafe, Poznan, 12/07/19. Hazed golden amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is bitter orange, caramel malts, toasted grains, light pine. Taste comprises bitter citric pith, pine, caramel malts, biscuit, light grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with grassy hop bitterness. Decent enough old skool leaning IPA.

[ As Minister Hoppy Street ].
ABV: 6.5%. Cloudy - hazy medium orange - amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, dried fruit, marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, marmalade hops, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Tap@Fox n Friends, Copenhagen - Amber pour with a white head. Sweet fruity and malty, notes of grapefruit and tangerine, sweet caramel malty backbone, medium body, resinous bitter hoppy into the close.
