Černohorští sládci připravili poctivě vařený ležák, který doplňuje stávající sortiment piv. Matouš vyniká oproti ostatním pivům svým výrazným chmelovým aroma, plností a vysokou hořkostí. Těchto vlastností bylo dosaženo použitím vysokého podílu speciální aromatické odrůdy chmele.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit hoher Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Draught @ Kralovstvi, Prague. Pours clear light golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, light herbal hops, hay, slight metallic note. Flavor is light sweet, malt, grainy, herbs, hay, light metal. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 070820

Tap at Baza, several times. Lovely, creamy, light bodied, light hoppiness, very tasty, perfect first beer. And perfect for having on many other occasions too. Very much enjoyed it.

Tap at Žižkovský Camelot. Full golden body, white head. Eggy and maybe dryly herbal aroma, unimpressive. Mild dry lean light herbal hoppy taste, mildly bitterish, vaguely oily. Not that bad really, quite drinkable, just too subdued and with some slightly strange notes.
