Rated at The Side Project Cellar. Roasty, intense and heavy with vanilla notes, chocolate, cocoa, barrel, warming bourbony woodiness, complex and balanced. Really tasty, but I think I've had better beers here this week.

On tap at Side Project Cellar, after waiting about two and the half hours in line. Black with no head. Intensive vanilla, bourbon, dense thick chocolate, super smooth. More vanilla. Oily and viscous . Balanced and complex. Pretty much flat. Best beer ever? Possibly, but not after 6 years. OWK 2023 was straight 5/5, I think this one is just a tad less complex and vibrant. Almost perfect.

Bottle at Side Project. Pours black with small tan head. The aroma is strong vanilla bean, roast, cocoa, bourbon. Slick body, vanilla, milk chocolate, roasted malt, bourbon, oak, nice sweetness, really enjoyed this.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is full of chocolate, bourbon, oak, light vanilla and faint almond. Light alcohol spice. Pours super black with a faint mocha head that disappears quickly. No lacing and sheets of alcohol. Flavor is super thick with moderately strong sweetness but not really sticky. Lots of dark chocolate, light roast, hints of leather and tobacco. Light and, vanilla and medium light oak notes. Light alcohol spice. Mouthfeel is very full bodied with low carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice stout. So thick, but not overly sweet and the alcohol notes are very well hidden. Loads of barrel character and nice whiskey notes without being sweet or alcoholic at all.

Bardzo waniliowe, bardzo beczkowe, bardzo mlecznoczekoladowe,cieliste, bardzo klasa. Niemniej zarazem przehajp :) ale to bylo oczywiste
