Farge: Klar og vakker, rødlig mot dyp rosa
Aroma: Friskt av bringebær med vagt hint av sitron i bakgrunnen over myk sødme fra den florale honningen
Smaker: Myke og fine bringebærtoner med anslag av sitron. Frisk og godt balansert mellom en lett sødme fra honningen som ligger i bakkant med sine florale urter. Masse fruktige bringebær som avslutter med en lett syrlighet fra sitronen. God balanse mellom honning og bær på den søtlige siden og det syrlige fra sitronen på den andre.
Det kommer frem mer toner mot solbær og sure kirsebær når den lunes litt, men holder seg velbalansert.

Tap @ Melkebaren. Clear, slightly pink’ish red body under a small, fast disappearing white heat. Aroma of red berries, raspberries and moderate honey. Taste is sweet with a delicate, light acidity for balance. Red berries, mild honey and well-integrated alcohol. Body feels balanced and aftertaste is pleasant on the sweeter side.

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry concentrated fruity, raspberry syrup, berry skin, citrus, raspberry candy, bark, fruit stones, hints of toasted honey. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish concentrated fruity, dry sour raspberries, fruit stones, berry skin, grass, citrus peel, bark, alcohol, raspberry candy, hints of toasted honey. Dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Klar mørk rød. Lukter bringebær og honning. Det samme i smaken. I tillegg noe sitron. Kunne med fordel vært noe fyldigere synes jeg.

Bottle. A clear, ruby red mead, lightly oily pour, still and headless. Raspberry, honey hints, flower notes and a touch of cellar in the aroma. When tasted at 2019 Nærbø Ølfestival I noted some blueberry too, but not this time. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, pleasantly warming, with lots of raspberry flavor. The honey is pushed to the back, with company of some flower hints and a light lemony sourness. Lasting finish, still with raspberry running the show. Where it was a bit rough back in fall 2019, it's now really smooth and mellow, almost easy drinkable. A bit one dimensional though. 210613
