Clear dark ruby to bordeaux coloured beer, small creamy irregular pink head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: some tannins, bit fruity, funky, lots of brett, very intense, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, lovely fruitiness, tannins, super intense, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, bit spicy, alcohol, tannins, bit hoppy, very fruity, some fruit skins.
