Bottle at the 'Mere, Happy New Years (Tipples had) Tastang, thanks to Tips, 21/01/22. Rich amber pour with a decent off white covering. Nose is dried fruits, spice, tart fruit rinds, toffee, tangy fruits, spice. Taste comprises sharp and tangy fruit esters, caramel, malt forward, biscuit. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent.

Medium to good, dense and stable cream to russet head over hazy amber reddish beer. Vinous nose, alcohol, fusels and fruitesters, especially orange, maybe strawberry. Cake. Aged flavour, strawberry liqueur. Again fruity flavours as orange, and fusels. Tastes aged in the best possible way. A light acidity lends it a deep complexity. Warming up, incense. Light lipsmacking acidity; well bodied; alcoholheat; good carbonation. Another impressive beer from Jerôme! But that name - really?

375ml bottle, a gift from a mate. Pours unclear dark chestnut with a beige head. Aroma: rich, dried fruits, oaky bourbon barrel. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet with low to moderate bitterness, more rich, candied dried fruits with a warming bourbon vibe throughout. Medium+ body with low carbonation.

Bylby bardzo fajny heczkowy BW, gdyby nie to, ze z tych beczek to glownie tanicznosc i kuzwa aromat z tartaku. Niepodoba mi sie to. A poza onem jest spoko w tle, kandyzowane, slodkie, owocowe, w miare geste, w miare slodkie. I w posmakach znow - deska.
