0,75l from bottle at the brewery. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, spices, peppery, grassy, bit herbal, bit lactic. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes peppery, grassy, herbal, light amphora, earthy, peppery, very light very sweetness. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grapes, grassy and light peppery notes. Good stuff, very good to drink

Light, fruity, sour, pretty tart. Honeylike sweetness, green grapes, lemony citrus. Some yeasty funk in the aftertaste. Smooth, not at all dry. Excellent.

Clear pale blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, very herbal, funky, some brett, bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour start, lemony, dry, spicy notes, some nettles, citrus notes, lemony, funky, some vinegar as well. Aftertaste: more vinegar, lemony, juicy, little sweet, sugary impression, good despite the vinegar sting.

Pours fairly clear, light yellow. Small to no head. Scent is mild, subtile white grapes, mineral. Taste is fairly sharp, acetic, funk, clay (mineral) . Noticable wine influence, even a tad sweaty at moments. Decent though. Sharp, tart backbone. Amphora is very pronounced.
