0,75l bottle at Cantillon. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grapes, grassy, earthy. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, grapes, bit earthy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, pepper and earthy notes. love this one, super delicate balance, awesome stuff.

Can’t rate this; someone is counterfeiting Cantillon??? No carbonation, pure grape and apple, not much lambic. Unlabelled cork. Tastes like an unpacked Chardonnay. There’s a bit of sulfur and a bit of acetic acid, but… not sure what to make of it

Bottle. 20/21 vintage. Murky yellow pour with a white head. Light vinous bouquet. Mildly sour with light apricot and orange backbeats. The grape and natural process of the wine making (evident in Campania Greco) really shine through. Interesting. I dig it. Good body and mouthfeel.

Tasted as Sophia Lambic 2020 Small white rim over hazy lighter yellow beer. Dry spices and grapes, dry citruspeel, almost " herb ". Dry citrus, mild lactic acid. Dry white wine hints, vinous, lemon in the finish. Acidthinning and light -burn, not very carbonated, bit fruitslick. Nice one!
