CBJ Bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman. Near clear pale gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Floral fruits, touch of rose. Mild funk. Light finish. Fruity and incredibly approachable for this brewery. Not the normal lemon juice!

Bottle shared at cbj beer tasting. Many thanks. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is sharp lemon, horsey funk, white grape, lemon, horse. Flavour is composed of semi sharp, lemon, vinous funk, dry white wine, Lychee, lovely. Palate is sharp, tangy, highish carbonation, perfect. Carbonation. Nice.

Side by Side with Cantina Giardino Sophia 2021. Wine is less exciting. Nice vinous white wine and some dessert grape sweetness. Still a touch of stone fruit. Some pedio. Smooth, opens nicely with a proper farmy funk
