[ As Brännlands Iscider Fatlagrad Barrique (2016) ].
ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apples, rich apples, oak - barrel, apple - vanilla, barrel - vanilla, intense and concentrated apple. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apples, sweet apples, sugary - caramelized apple, rich, oak - barrel, barrel - vanilla, tart apples, apple cake. Hugely intense. Body is medium, texture is syrupy - watery and sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20190927]

Flaska från SB. Något mörkare guldfärgad. Drucken jämte grundcidern, vintage 2015. Konstigt nog är den fatlagrade både ljusare i färg och lägre i alkoholhalt. Massor av smörkola och kolasås med syrlighet från äpplen som väger upp. Fin fattoner, stor sötma, stor och kletig kropp. Lyxigt och mycket gott!

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Clear amber color with no head. Aroma is apple cake, red apples, caramel, barrels. Taste is apple cake, apple rings, caramel, tanninic bitterness, quite barrely. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Dem tannins.
