In de Ardense wouden groeit in het wild de bosbes. De regio van Vielsalm is beroemd voor zijn rijke oogst en veel streekproducten met de Wilde Bosbessen. De Bosbessen (Vaccinium Myrtillus) worden in hun geheel (geen sap) aan lambiek toegevoegd in een verhouding van 40 kg per 100 liter jonge lambiek.

375ml bottle I brought back from Be Hoppy. Pours a translucent garnet amber with a ring of off white head. Nose has tart cherries and some raspberry. Lemon juice too. Flavor is more clear with cherry and tons of funk. Wood here. Lemon. Grapefruit.

Sympatyczne te jagody, zwlaszcza, ze w rownowadze z sianowato-skorzana-ciutoborowa dzikoscia. W uscie moze troszke zbyt kwasne jak na moj gust. Dlugie posmaki. Juz spora wytrawnosc, troszke taniczne.
