Pours dark red, nearly black. Scent is intense, super natural fruityness (syrup). Cherry (with acidity) has the upperhand. A thcik honeybase beneath. Taste is full, syrupy intensity of fruits. Cherry remains the upperhand, but the raspberries aren't lost at all. Providing great balance trough acidity. Full honeyed base. lovely mead !

Absolutely addicted to this flavor, I guess currant + berry is my favorite mead blend, or currant + anything. Alone it hints at cranberry type dryness but with red raspberry it perfectly balances the sweet and dry finish. Jammy jolly rancher delish.
