Taste is light sweet with a little dryness. Very moderate heat from the pepper. Light vinous acidity. Decent body. Fine carbonation. Quite juicy fruity balsamic like finish.

Bottle 37.5cl from Bier Bazaar, bought 13/1/2022 bbd 11/2025 @home poured into a teku glass. Sourish nose. Hazy deep amber colour, very short-lived frothy beige head, dissipates completely, no lacing. Aroma funk, fruity, balsamico, some malt, wood. Sour taste, malty notes, unripe red fruit, rhubarb, strong pepper, woody notes, Medium body, watery texture, spicy mouthfeel, soft carbonation, lingering fruity and spicy aftertaste, strange brew but it works well, good balance between sourness and spiciness. good.

Cloudy red brown beer, no head. Aroma: earthy, soft roast, a bit floral, funky touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of habanero, good chilli burn, pretty sourish, earthy, good! Aftertaste: more chilli, acidic, very decent, I like it!

Cloudy reddish beige beer, no head. Aroma: funky, fruity, sourish impression, a bit weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of chilli pepper all right, acidic, fruity, alcohol, a bit lemony. Aftertaste: very spicy, juicy, habanero, chillies, sourish, decent stuff.

Definitely odd, definitely peppers, definitely fun. Brain makes you think off notes but it has real peppers in it and it's delish when you acknowledge it. The spice is a nice warmth, not too much. Bell pepper habanero sweetness is all over.Tangy sweetness

I was hoping to try this, cause it sounds nuts! And it is! Definitely habanero in the smell, true peppers. Got some heat for sure, but nothing too extreme, just a slight burn. Taste is of peppers, and sour. Weird, unbalanced, fun!

Draught at On Tap CraftGallery, Bern. Vintage 2020. Cloudy, orange amber colored. AROMA- very pleasant chilli peppers, strawberry, apricot, wooden barrel, touch of alcohol, wine. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, quite chilli hot, really nice peppers again, apricot, apple, wine. Fuller bodied. Great, noble chilli ale.
