Bottle at home, watching the GER-HUN game. SZEP VOLT FIUK! Pours deep, deep brown with a reddish hue and no head. Nose is dark chocolate, coffee, dried fruits, cherry and some wood. Light funk too. Taste is chocolate, woody depth, some stonefruits and barely noticable brett. Interestingly the finish is strongly mineral, feels almost salty. It has a light and smooth body and virtually no carbonation. I expected much, much more brett, this is more of a fruity dark ale/stout than a saison, but the lack of brett is more apparent.

Czerwone owoce głównie w aromacie, nuty szampańskie, czerwone wino typu wytrawnego i ściągającego z mnóstwem tanin, mocno palone, pumpernikiel, rodzynki. Barwa ciemnomiedziana, półprzejrzyste, piana redukuje się szybko do krążka, brak lacingu. Wytrawne, kwaskowe, złożone, z każdym łykiem i nawet po kilku minutach pojawia się coś nowego, jakaś ciekawa nuta. Nie jest ciężkie, mocno winne, trochę brakuje mi tu wyrazistych oznak saisona ale być może uciekł po kilku latach. Bardzo ciekawe.

Rubinowa barwa, klarowne, piana szybko opada bez śladu. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty czerwonych owoców (porzeczka, wiśnie) oraz nuty brettowe. W smaku również owocowe, do tego dochodzą nuty beczkowe oraz sosu sojowego, brakuje mi nut estrowych. Alkohol jak na tą moc kompletnie niewyczuwalny, goryczka na niskim poziomie.

Bottle at BBT september 2021. Quite intense, lots of dried fruits, figs, raisins. Med-high sweetness, med-full body, med-low carbonation. Light christmas spiciness. Rich, complex. Kinda hazy, yeast incorporated, I would like it to be clearer both in colour and flavour.but overall pretty good as is.

Aroma: dried figs, dates, aceto balsamico, Taste: olorosso exprresion overtakes, sirupy and ouly feeling, ABV dangerously hidden. Full bodied, moderate carbonation. This is great, sherry cask is bery active here, not much of brett and saison character here, still great.

Bottle at BBT 09/2021. Sour acidic and light roasty aroma and taste, cherries notes, figs and dates notes, light to medium sour. Medium to full body, malty sour fruity finish. Good.

Tap at BBT September 2021.Dark brown with with tan head. Aroma of vanilla, wood, dates, honey, spices. Taste, sweet chocolate, honey, vanilla, nuts, figs, sherry. Nice.

piwo z umiarkowana jasna prawie sniezna piana, barwa z refleksami czerwonymi, przejrzysta brazowo-czerwona barwa. pachnie sliwka, daktylem budyniem waniliwym. w smaku lekko kwaskowe, porterowe z wisnia w tle, dereniem i porzeczka czerwona. fajne, smaczne ale za malo niestety brettowe.

BGM 2020. Brunatne, klarowne, nikła grubopęcherzowa piana. W aromacie wiśnie w czekoladzie, wanilia, karmel, belgijska przyprawowość, nuty funky bardzo delikatne. Półsłodkie czerwone wino. W smaku wytrawnie, intensywnie. Wiśnie w czekoladzie, czekolada, karmel, wanilia, nieco mocniej wyczuwalna przyprawowość. Nuty funky na granicy autosugestii. Piwo jest bardzo wytrawne, nieco brakuje ciała. Alkoholowo-pieprzny finisz. Bardzo udane, złożone interesujące piwo.
