We missed a lot such a PALE, but in our collection. The idea behind this beer is in its complexity inversely proportional to the amount of care that our graphic designer put into the label project. The beer has a simple composition, its fermentation is swift, lively, and healthy, and of course it is abundantly dry-hopped with the hop varieties that have completely fascinated us: Galaxy from Australia and Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from New Zealand.

The aroma is a blaze of tropics, citrus, but also white wine, which some people may associate with the smell of kerosene. You can also find delicate notes of kiwi and coconut there.

If that is what the journey from New Zealand across the Tasman Sea to Tassie, or Tasmania in Australia, smells like, it means we’ve just packed our backpacks!

Grapefruit and grassy aroma. Fruity taste of citrus fruits, bitterness, long lasting grassy and orange peel aftertaste.

Piana srednia, lekko mgliste, jaskrawe, nuty bialej porzeczki, agrestu czy bialego winogrona. Chmielne, cytrusowe, delikatne, pijalne, moze malo ma ciala bo lekka wodnistascia tracia, ale jako Tasmanian Pale Ale moze byc.

W stylu, chmiele ładnie zaznaczone nie bucha jak w ddhach ale charakterystyczna nuta Galaxy i dwóch pozostałych z kraju długiej chmury, goryczka wyczuwalna, krótka. Lekkie pijalnie, niestety zamiast kupić zaraz po rozlewie zwlekałem i jest delikatne utlenienie ( stało na półce w sklepie i się grzało więc nie wina browaru), do powtórki świeże, ale potencjał w stylu jest.

Straw colored beer with very nice head. Aroma includes bubble gum, tropical fruits, pine grapefruit and lime. Medium bitterness and sweetness. Light body, though it has its volume. Medium carbonation.

Białe owoce, cytrusowe, naftowe. Goryczka zaznaczona, krótka, w stylu trawy cytrynowej. Piękna, gruba piana, pozostawiajaca lacing. Dobre, ale nic specjalnego.

Żółta barwa, delikatnie zamglone, piana intensywna, pozostawia ślady na szkle. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty białych owoców oraz cytrusów. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, do tego dochodzi delikatna nafta. Goryczka na niskim poziomie, ciało jak na APA na odpowiednim poziomie, nasycenie również.

Paleta taka faktycznie do zgadniecia ze nz chmiele byly, ale nalozony na to jak dla mnie szczypiorkoczosnek - nic zlego w sumie, nawet smiszne toto. Cialo gladkie niepichate. Polslodkie w odbiorze. Fajne piwko bez podnietu
