Bottle 0.75l, more than three years aged. Cloudy, reddish colored. AROMA- nice bourbon, fruity, plum, cherry, strawberry, raisins. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly bitter, warming, bourbon, caramel, fruity again. Full bodied. Very good.

Deep red colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a jammy sweetness. Some bready malts too. Very alcoholic.

Lahev (srdečné pozdravy do Neratovic!): Label says Burbon ;-), hazy, deep copper coloured, small and persistent off-white head, quite solid sweet caramelly and fruity (of dried berries) aroma with a pretty mild background of wood and vanilla (tzv. Burbon); solid woody and hardly bitter flavour, full bodied - žádná otázka, neither soft nor fizzy; lingering sweet fruity and caramelly finish with very shy influences of any Bourbon (správně!) barrels. A goody, nepochybně...

750ml bottle as Barrel Project - Borbon Barley Wine (sic). Thin, boozy and warming with some bourbon, oak, toffee and loads of syrup. A bit unbalanced and quite gluey.

75cl bottle at the Zichovec barrel tasting. F: medium, egg-white to tan, average retention. C: brown, hazy. A: rich malty, banana, bit red apples peels, caramel, toast, mellow fruity. T: full malty base, some caramel, mellow fruity, banana, apples, dry on the palate, not complex but still good for me.

Bottle at the Zichovec barrel tasting. Lots of green apples, slightly less banana - both in aroma and flavour. Both obstructing the character sadly, not very clean. Full body, full sweetness. Drinkable, but not great.

Bottle at tasting. Malty aroma and taste, caramel, ripped banana notes, bourbon barrel notes, light sweet, light to medium bitter. Full body, malty caramel bitter sweet finish with light alcohol notes. Good.

Bottle at tasting. Light brown color with small white head. Banana, apple, vanilla, caramel. Taste, banana, vanilla, wood. Alcohol is evident. Good.
