Agradable.

Tasting this bottle yesterday after the birthday of Valérie, on sunday, at Crissier. It was enjoyable at night, so bready and malty, smooth, fruity and bitter. For me, it was rather a lager than a keller, in my point of view, 05.02.24

500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly husky, bready, pale malty and minimally mellow, caramel malty as well as minimally toasty, malty aroma, hints of brown bread crust. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally bready and toasty malty, a touch of honey, bread crust, caramelized bread crust, weak, leafy-grassy, hoppy overtones.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, soft carbonation.
Balanced, not too sweet - nice.

Cloudy orange with a firm white head. Sweet, moist dough, spicy hops, a bit of grain. Medium bodied. Finish has a good spicy snap to it without being too much. Really nice beer.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Doesn’t look how I’d expected. Hazed yellow gold. Slim dense lasting semi lacing white foam. A bit wheat beer-esque in appearance. Nose has buttered toast malts. Leafy floral verging on honeyed hop character. Taste is quite bitter with a moderate sweetness. Easy drinking overall. Bitter leafy finish.

Leicht trübe goldgelbe Farbe; gemischtporige stabile Schaumkrone.

Bottle from Great Grog. Clear golden body with an off-white head that fades. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of straw and earth. Flavour of lightly roasted malt and earthy hops. Thin body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Simple and inoffensive.
