TRIPLE-DOUBLE ‘21 MOSAIC – EKUANOT - CENTENNIAL – 19,0°Blg, 7,5% alk., 40 IBU – TDH HAZY DOUBLE IPA. Wracamy do naszej potrójnie chmielonej IPA – w tym roku w zupełnie nowej odsłonie. Podnieśliśmy ekstrakt z 16,5°Blg do 19,0°Blg oraz wsypaliśmy jeszcze więcej chmielu na zimno - EXTREME HOPRATE 30 g/L. Piwo przefermentowaliśmy drożdżami London Ale III oraz pochmieliliśmy odmianami MOSAIC, EKUANOT, CENTENNIAL.

Amber, pale, hazy color with white frothy head. peach, manho, flower aromas. Light bitterness and sweetness. Bit sticky full body with nice bitter and fruity aftertaste.

Cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, super juicy, fruity, very dank, citrus, peaches, bit of a sugary impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice start, sweet malts, hoppy, resinous, very bitter, juicy, citrus, grapefruit. Aftertaste: very bitter, juicy, grapefruit, hoppy, dry, piny, tropical fruits, pineapple, bit of a hop burn, lovely beer!

Pomarańczowa barwa, zamglone, piana opada pozostawiając ślady na szkle. W aromacie głównie wyczuwalne białe owoce oraz cytrusy. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, ciało w punkt, alkohol niewyczuwalny. Całkiem udana DIPA.
