Bazni stil je ikona kiselih piva, Berliner Weisse, ali Bunny Sour ipak je dosta sladniji i manje kiseo, a u pivo su dodani pire od limete i sok od mrkve i jabuke iz OPG-a Katica Mihalić. Kiselina limete neutralizirana je zahvaljujući srednje sladnom tijelu koje lijepo ističe ugodnu aromu mrkve.
Lagano kiselo pivo (pH 3.4) koje se odlikuje velikom pitkošću!

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden, smaller foamy white head, nonlasting. Soury nose, vinous a bit. Some dustiness. Gently puckery sour, slightly sweet. Final bitterness. Light. Not too bad, though nothing great.

0,33l bottle. Pours amber golden with minimal quickly dissipating head. Aroma of acidic lime hard candy, sour apple, mild tart. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light sour. Body is light, carbonation above average. Finish is short, more lime. Tastes more like acidic lime juice than beer, feels artificial...

Bottle. RBESG 2019. Ginger in the aroma. Gingery and orange sweet flavor with a moderate sourness. Drinkable.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper/amber pour, two finger soapy white head, short lasting. Little to no lacing on the glass. A bit weird on the nose, stale grass, vegetables, herbal. Some yeasty notes. Hm. Thin body, medium carbonation, fizzy mouthfeel. Light texture. Sour taste, tart, very mild bitter notes. Yeasts, citric acid, vegetables. Citrus tart, grassy. Ginger. Not picking up much of a carrot in there. Hm. Slightly drying. Short to medium finish, tart. Interesting.

Clear, golden colored, medium white head. Some malty notes, light bread, lime but not all that strong, spicy notes reminiscent of cinnamon or ginger, carrot maybe, very light sourness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, watery. Easy drinking and light spicy lime drink with shy tartness.

RBESG 19 Grand Tasting. Thanks Ana&Andrej! Hahahah, the reviews for this one are all over the place. As expected though. Golden body, white head. Aroma... radler, limeish, with carrot overtones. Taste... Lean, nice lime radler, again with carrot overtones. Simple, tasty, likable! Love the idea too!

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is ginger, fresh yeast, super ginger-forward, fresh yeast. Taste is the same, quite mineraly, gingery, I don't really get much carrot here. Mineraly mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite nice!

RBESG 2019, Plzen. Golden color with small white head. Aroma of carrot, rosemary. Taste, carrot. Rosemary, too much rosemary.
