Bazni stil je ikona kiselih piva, Berliner Weisse, ali Bunny Sour ipak je dosta sladniji i manje kiseo, a u pivo su dodani pire od limete i sok od mrkve i jabuke iz OPG-a Katica Mihalić. Kiselina limete neutralizirana je zahvaljujući srednje sladnom tijelu koje lijepo ističe ugodnu aromu mrkve.
Lagano kiselo pivo (pH 3.4) koje se odlikuje velikom pitkošću!

Bottle shared at RBESG ‘19 Grand Tasting at Raven. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of ginger, veggies and citrus. Flavour is moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Bi Village Camping, Fazana. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, light sourness, citrus, lime. Flavor is lightly sour, wheat, lacto, tart fruity, lime. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 110719

Bottled 330ml. -from Spicy Days Zagreb. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, lime in the nose. Lime dominates in the taste, carrots are also here but subdued a lot, mild acidity presented but miles far from the berliner weisse taste. Refreshing and easy-drinkable but missed style.

On tap at Valhalla, Zagreb. Clear golden, minimal head. Aroma is lime, candy, ginger. Flavour is slightly tart, candy-like citrusy. Lime present, carrot doubtful. Gingerbread. Slightly toasty. No acidity. Watery. Thin. Moderate to high carbonation. Light finish.
