330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, brass golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy and piney hoppy as well as slightly biscuity, pale malty aroma, notes of lemon, grapefruit, some lemongrass, a tropical fruity hoppy ground layer. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy and minimally sweet, biscuity pale malty, notes of lemon, grapefruit, some orange, lemongrass, a zesty touch; lingering, moderately bitter, slightly chalky finish. Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, very fine, foamy, slightly prickly carbonation. Balanced and harmonious, very nice except for the chalky finish.

Bottle picked up from Biervana, München. Had this Sunday 28th June 2020 talking beer and stuff with Jude and Baz. Pours dark gold with a white head, cooking the Blue Cheese Gnocchi that we were meant to have last night. Nice bitterness, fruity with grapefruit jostling with a piney resinous streak. Good bitterness, nice bittersweet balance. Lovely.
