Još jedan u nizu naše Saison serije je Red Saison.
U ovome pivu i dalje stavljamo naglasak na samu aromu koju dobivamo od kvasca, (kruška i jabuka) kojemu se tokom ispijanja pridružuju sladne arome.
Ima tu poveći broj sladova: munich, aroma, raženi, pšenični, carafa special i pilsen.
Kombinacijom ovih sladova smo dobili ''keksaste'' note koje se na neobičan način sjajno nadopunjuju s voćnim aromama kvasca.
Manja količina Saaza dodana je u dry hopu kako bi dobili laganu pikantnost i kompleksnost u samoj pivi.
WLP 590 je i ovaj put odradio svoj posao kako treba osušivši ovo pivo na 1.000 čineći ga savršenim pivom za vruće ljetne dane.

On tap at Harat's, Zagreb. Pours amber with medium white head. Malty, bit grainy, caramel, some fruity notes, bit spicy, sweetish. Light to medium bodied.

On tap at Harat's Gajeva, Zagreb. Amberish coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, mild yeasty nose with whiff of spices. Sweetish malty, yeasty, spicy, touch of fruits and caramel with some apple and pear notes in the finish.

On tap at Craft Beer Weekend 2019, Opatovina, Zagreb. Clear amber, small off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramely, toasty, slightly fruity, slightly yeasty, slightly plastic phenols. Peppery. Light body, slightly creamy, slightly tart. Moderate carbonation.

RBESG 19 Grand Tasting. Red-amber body, milky, with an off-white head. Sticky malty aroma, red berry. Lean taste, phenolic and tart, light red apple. I mean, okay, but Edi & Dima usually do so much better.

PET bottle, RBESG. Unclear amber color with white head. Aroma is a bit buttery, rye spice maybe, spicy yeast. Taste is interesting spices, caramel, bubblegum. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Ok.

Bottle shared at RBESG ‘19 Grand Tasting at Raven. Hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of malt, herbs, caramel and weeds. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
