# 2261; 9/2020. Corny and moldy aroma, malty. Gold body, off-white head. Malty, honey, corny, vegetables. Slimy mouthfeel, polish finish. 2 l, plastic bottle, brewpub, Dobřany (Bohemia, CZ). What is wrong with this formerly excellent brewery lately...?

On tap at Pivni Klub Modra Hvêzda. RBESG 2019. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is malts, banana and spice. Flavour is bread, spice, pepper, hops. Starts sweet, finishes bitter. Warming. Light body, empty, moderate carbonation. Moderate finish.

Draft at The Nepomuk Beer Festival ‘19. Near clear orange with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, fruits, veggie notes and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at RJ. Quite standard Czech craft strong lager. Light vegetable-like element which might just come from traditional floor malt. Other than that a pretty clean beer despite the ABV, which is rather hidden. Drinkability does not suffer dramatically, the mouthfeel is rather full though. All in all a good one.

50cl bottle thanks to Joes. Hazy a bit muddy yellowish color, virtually no head. Smell lightly malts and a sour hint. Taste malts, some sourness, sour fruits and a slight sour-bitter fruitpeel taste. Low to medium body and carbonation.
