[Senatsbockanstich 2021] Nose is dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malts. Taste follows the nose, also some vanilla. Smooth mouthfeelig. Very good balance. Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.12.2021) im 2021-11 getrunken. Dieses dunkle Bock hat eine kräftige, beige und recht feinporige Schaumkrone. In der Nase deutlich Malzig und eine leicht Karamellnote. Es hat etwas von einem Belgischen Dubbel. Am Gaumen überrascht eine leicht säuerliche Note die zu dem Malzigen Charakter und den tollen Milchschokoladen Aroma paßt. Im Körper halten sich die Aromen überrascht lang. Ja das Bock ist echt lecker!

0,33 l bottle out of the mixed Senatsbock 6er. Nearly black in the glass and a more than one finger beige head. Sweet fruity choco on the nose. Taste starts with intensive dark berry fruits, choco malt, vanilla. Creamy texture.Very low carbonated.

Bottle picked up from the Beyond Beer Webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Wednesday 3rd March 2021 listening to Gideon Coe on 6Music. Pours very dark brown with a slim off white head. Soft in the mouth, a little tangy, a touch of coca cola, fruity. Good beer, I would like a little more oomph but this is a decent effort.

Cremig dunkler Beginn, trocken herb. Rund, süffig, mit der Zeit ganz leicht säuerlich im Hintergrund. Spritzig, das dunkle Malz wird intensiver, moderat bitter, rund. Mittellanger Abgang. Super angesichts des Alkoholgehalts, schmeckt nach mehr! 11/10/11/11/9/11
