Can from Væskebalancen @ Home. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of malt, lactose, dark chocolate, cake, light peppermint. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, toffee, cake, peppermint, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish with warming alcohol. A tad artificial. 241221

Pours black with a few tan bubbles. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, brown sugar and peppermint. Taste is heavy sweet and light bitter with a long peppermint, chocolate and brown sugar finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Too much peppermint for my liking.

Black with a minimal light brown head. A mint, caramel and coffee drops aroma. Sweet with a good caramel, mint and roasted malt ending. Full bodied, thick texture.

KYGGK 130621. Dark brown color with a tan head. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, roasted malt. Flavor is caramel, chocolate, lactose, alcohol, sugar, roasted malt, peppermint, , cookie. Weird beer.

Can. A dark brown, unclear beer with a small tan head. The aroma has lots of heavy caramel sauce, with toffee, dark chocolate and a touch of peppermint. It's full-bodied, warming and sweet on the palate, with a bit more peppermint flavor than I'd prefer. Caramel sauce, toffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts in the flavor. Lasting warming and sweet finish with dark chocolate, toffee and rosted malts. Nice in a way, but I'd prefer it without peppermint. 210613

From a 330ml can on 7/5/2021. Pours a a very dark brown with virtually no head. Has a really strong toffee and peppermint aroma. On the sip, there's more toffee, with some choc fudge and brownie, with some peppermint and a touch of booze in the bitterness at the back. The mouthfeel is slick, the carbonation average, while it doesn't have as much body as you'd expect from a beer of this size. A very solid dessert stout.

440ml can kindly shared by Finn as a dessert after a first of May lunch. A covering fawn-coloured head to a jet black body. Scattered lacing. Sweet smell of peppermint chocolate. The taste profile follows suit with grainy chocolate, peppermint, and toffee. Sweet chocolate malty ending, slightly roasted. A tad too sweet, okay sipper though. (Nerstranda, Tromsø 01.05.2021).

Delt med Rune. Svart. Lavt skum med litt farge. Aroma av peppermynte & karamell. Smaken mare karamell. Søt. Litt mere peppermynte i avslutninga. OK dessert.

330ml can. Black with a small tan head. Aroma is a bit like a mint Aero, chocolate and mint basically. Taste is also a bit like a mint Aero, milk chocolate, mint, toffee/caramel, biscuity, sweet with a touch of booze. Full bodied, smooth, fairly thick. Does what it says on the can, personally would've preferred more toffee than mint, but I'm just glad this didn't turn out to be shit.
