NŠH15 is a new Czech, experimental aromatic variety grown for top-fermented beers grown in the Žatec region. This hop owes its Japanese origin to its intense citrus scent with hints of sweet apricots and woody vanilla. We used hops and smelled not only our brewery, but especially this beer.

Can 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- apricot, apple, aromatic wood, fermented white grape must, vanilla, melon, floral and spicy. FLAVOR- smooth, just slightly sweet, slightly bitter, melon, vanilla, touch of white grapes, malt, floral and spicy. Medium bodied. Interesting and very tasty.

0,5 l can, thanks to Marko who bought it from Prague. Shared with Ogi and him at the 6rand ta2ting 2021. Hazy orange to golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, nectarine peach all over, tart fruit, citrus, grapefruit, soft earthy touch, white grapes, gooseberry. Malts underneath. Slightly perfumy. Nice fruity flavour, stone fruit, peach, grapefruit, malts. Medium body, moderate carbonation, quite smooth, light abrupt finish. Very nice showcase of this experimental hop series.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Unclear yellow/orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, grass and whiff of white wine in the nose. Biscuity, light grassy, touch of pineapple and white wine with mild fruity touch in the finish.

Can from BaseCamp. Misty golden body, white head. Huge white wine aroma, on the perfumey side, maybe light pineapple, interesting really. Taste... white wine again, citric notes, light stone fruit, ending oddly, softly, in popcorn. No real bitterness really, if not for the odd flavors in the finish, this would be a winner perhaps. Very interesting new hop variety!

Can shared by Gurthnar, thanks. Hoppy aroma and taste, malty notes, citrus and grassy notes, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy and light malty bitter finish. Good.

Can via Beermalade. Interesting character. Fully hops centered, stone fruits, light pineapple, also light grassy herbal notes. Very interesting, rich hops character. Very good hops. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Easy drinking, great beer, refreshing.

Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma: sourish, wet socks, vanilla, apricot. Taste: sourish, apricot, wet socks. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Tasty, hard for me to rate this piece as I am not familiar with hop variety, reminds me a lot of Sorachi. Huge respect to Sibeeria for using it.
