33cl bottle from De Bier Tempel beer store in Brussels. F: big, white, good retention. C: deep amber, hazy. A: malty, vaguely fruity, pears, banana, red apples peels, caramel, bready. T: full malty base, banana, red apples, spicy, coriander, peach, bit nutty, soapy, bit bready, decent bitterness, not bad for the style but nothing memorable too, enjoyed.

Bottle, 8%. Citric and bready aroma. Almost clear amber colour. Sparkling. Big stable off-white head. The flavour is caramelly and bready at first. Then comes a warming and peppery alcohol note. Some bitterness. Slightly sweet caramel finish.

Helder bruin bier met schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en licht fruitig met iets van sinaasappel, appel en wat abrikoos.

Gushing to fast gone head over veiled foxy-orange beer. Sweetish, almonds nose, rosewater, very light toast/roast. A bit fruity, but also fake citrus. Coriander?!! (and why no mentioning of this on the label?) Coriandersoup, 'nuff said. Sticky feel, medium bodied. Another one in the worst tradition of Belgian coriandertea. Effin hell, what ails these people? Stefaan, Kristof, really??? was 6/3/2/3/8 > 2.4
Second try, draught at the brewpub Slowly disappearing cream-coloured head, leaving lace over hazy copperish amber beer. Bit aromatic, rosewater, aromatic-spicy. Balancing between sweetish and dry-herbal/spicy. Ends bitter. Coriander is possible but nowhere imposing any longer. Dry, serious alcoholheat. Pretty OK, if less than the lighter Boudelo's, but stellar compared to the bottled version I had previously.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Oranje-achtig tot amberkleurig bier. Aroma en smaak van sinaasappel en banaan. Weinig nasmaak.
