0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', best before January 2023. Hazy, dark reddish brown with a large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity, a little grassy aroma of caramel, raisins and burnt sugar. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and a grassy taste of caramel, raisins, some nuts and light burnt sugar, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very solid Alt, really well-balanced and even a bit fruity, still rather classic. A tad over-carbonated though.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, stable, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, minimally sulphureous, white head. Floral-grassy and minimally fruity, hoppy as well as mellow, minimally toasty, malty aroma, hints of grilled peach and apricot, nutty-grainy undertones with a peanut touch. Taste is mildy bitter, floral hoppy, minimally toasty, nutty malty, a very light fruity touch of apricot and mirabelle; lingering, slightly leafy, mildly bitter hoppy finish. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft, creamy, carbonation. Well crafted, quite some subtleties - very nice interpretation of a Münsterlander pale Altbier.
