Massivt svart vätska med en antydan av trög viskositet och med ett tjockt skumtäcke. Arom av rostad malt och liten lätt aning rågbröd. Medelfyllig maltighet med mer rostade smaker. Låg neutral beska och försvinnande kort eftersmak.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is some dried fruits with some toasted tones and mild wooden notes. Flavour is wooden, some toasted tones with mild fruity tones.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, black rye bread and black coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, black rye bread and a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Drier than most schwarzbiers, but really tasty and well made. Very nice.

Flaska från SB. Närmast svart vätska med högt beige skum. Doft av rostad malt, lakrits och kaffe. Mjuk och len, riktigt torr och hårt rostad malt som drar åt träkol. Snyggt och gott.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, small beige head. Aroma of licorice and burnt toast. Dry with light to medium body and clean mouthfeel. Coffee and licorice, slight malt tartness and burnt malt bitterness.
