An imperial stout brewed with raspberries and Valrhona cocoa nibs. Rich flavours of chocolate and fruit collide with boozy heat.
Building on our repertoire of wild stouts we have combined our love of locally foraged fruits with our penchant for sweet dark beers. The combination of fruit and chocolate is always amazing and what better way to combat the cold nights of the changing seasons than with a rich warming stout?

750mL bottle, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out loads of raspberries upfront, with light roast, not much else. Flavour is more balanced between the raspberries and cocoa, with the tart raspberries upfront, followed by powdery cocoa. Nice use of raspberries especially. Good stuff.

750ml bottle from Legacy LRS shared with George before his leaving to Calgary. Pours an almost black with a beige head. Aroma is lots of raspberries with some roasted malt. Taste is similar with lots of raspberries, noticeable roasted malt notes, moderately sour. Quite good.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wrocław). Piwo zdominowane przez maliny, które rządzą w aromacie a w smaku dają lekki owocowy kwasek. Poza tym przebija się kakao aczkolwiek jest zdecydowanie na drugim planie. Pije się z przyjemnością choć brakuje nieco ciała jak na risa.

Bottle, 750 ml from Že v Redu Primož. Pours dark brown with beige head. Lots of fruit, berries, some chocolate, cocoa, some berries, moderate tartness, light sweetness. Medium bodied.

Black with thin creamy head. Aroma is very roasted. Flavour has all the raspberry. Some dark chocolate too. Slightly tart in the finish.
