Our award winning Brut IPA was the Austrian Champion IPA at the Austrian Beer Challenge 2019. Light straw yellow in color, as dry as bone. Not overly bitter, highly carbonated and effervescent, fruity flavors from the dry hop - a champagne-like beer.

Bottle at Kängaruh, Wien Friday 22nd May 2026 after a twenty minute walk from Ammutsøn. Pours a light gold with a sticky white head and a very solid carbonation. Fruity and clean tasting beer, dry finish, light and fresh Brut IPA. We both like this. Score: 7.0

Tap at Super Bier Fest, thx Božo! Clear yellow-golden body, white head. Citric notes in the aroma, brown sugar touches. Lean, dry taste, bit buttery of all things, very low hoppiness, classic Brut touches... Drinkable but nah.

Tap at Wiener bier fest 11/2023. Golden color with medium white head. Moderate hoppy aroma with fruity hops. Taste is crisp, dry, moderate hoppty bitterness with grapefruit, zest, tropical fruits. Good one.,

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, fruchtig mit Citrus, getreidig, leicht malzig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer bis hoher Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
