Plenty of smoke and some caramel. Dark brown pour without much head. Light caramel finish. Tap.

Tap @MBCC 2024, Red Session. Clear amber, white head. Woody, meaty smoke, caramel and malt aroma. Sweet smoky and caramely flavour. Bitter smoky and hoppy finish.

MBCC. Clear amber brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit and smoked wood. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 110524

Amebr with off white head - Smoked malt aroma with some fruity tones - Smoked malt body with some wood and hints of herbs - The smoked malt flavours goes into the finish - This was nice, but a little to much smoke for my taste

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.0%. Brown to dark amber colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of smoked malts, smoked meat and juniper twigs. Slightly warming mouthfeel. The flavour has quite a bit of malty sweetness, notes of caramel, oak, aquavit, dark dried fruits, smoked malts and juniper. Enjoyable.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hopy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some caramel and smoke. Average moderate bitter finish.

Can@Mathews tasting. Pours deep chestnut with small white head. Aroma is make, prunes, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, juniper and oak. Taste is medium to very sweet and faint to light bitter. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, prunes, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, juniper and hints of vanilla. Would also go well as a barley wine
