Bottle, at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear, golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has loads of green apple peel, with a light generic fruityness and some pale malts. It's a bit thin on the palate, with a low carbonation level, semi-dry. Green apple peel dominates the flavor too, with some pale malts, bread and hay in the back. Medium length finish. Except the copious amounts of green apple peel, it's a decent pilsner. 230707

Drukket på Bergstua. Gylden. Uklar.

5-3-7-3-13 Bottle, VP02, 15 months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is spicy hops and grainy malts with cereals and honey. Medium body, average carbonation. Flavour is moderately bitter spicy hops with floral notes, as well as malts with cereals, toffee and honey. Semi dry finish. Decent, but just a notch above the everyday macros.

330ml bottle, VP02, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Upper part lacing from a bubbly, pearl white head. Clear golden body. Moderate smell of pale malts and herbal hops. Rounded taste profile of bread-like malts and noble hops. Drying ending with a nice, discreet bitter touch. Well made version of the style.
