Sharing it with my wife yesterday, at night after a really full day. An interesting bitter, brewed rather on the American way, rather dry, metalic, really floral and aromatic, a bit grassy, touch of toffee, a bit salty. 01.02.2023

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Hoppy, floral hop. Taste: Floral hop, subtle citrus fruit, caramel malt base. Dry-ish finish. Over moderate going towards over-medium bitterness at the finish. Very floral. Moderate sweetness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Nice ESB.

Pours clear, dark blonde. Scent is mild, some cara malts. Taste is mildly bitter. Cara malts. Decent, but not that refined.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2024, Saturday. Slightly hazy orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of dry pale malt, biscuit, cereals, moderate bitterness.

Bottle at Vinmopolet, Trondheim. Interesting beer. On the one hand it was just as you'd want it. Aroma wise for sure. But then again, it is too strong for an ESB. (10/9/24)

50cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Bø. Pours almost completely clear golden with a white head. Malty and hoppy, slightly fruity and herbal. Moderate to medium sweet with medium to low flavour intensity and a quite pleasant bitterness.
