500 ml bottle. Unclear pale orange, big fluffy head. Light citrus, yeast and wheat. Mild dry taste. Light bodied, very watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry finish. Too thin, even for a leichte Weiße. Should be however a very refreshing summer Weißbier.

50cl bottle. A hazy pale yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of phenols, yeast, wheat and some clove. Taste of phenols, some clove, hints of banana, easy to drink.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with fluffy white head. Aroma is light banana, light wheat. Taste is light banana, wheat, a bit dough, mineraly, yeast. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Not too much going on here, but certainly very drinkable.

Tap at the brewery. Pale light milky, white lace. Dry clove, limepeel, a bit grainy and chalky, pleasant fruity and spicy notes in the finish, grassy aftertaste. Quenching.
