Can. Black indeed with a modest light tan head. Aroma is roasty with earthy ground coffee, just a little caramel. Pretty dry with lots of roast and coffee. Just enough sweetness and body to stop it feeling thin or too burnt. I guess mainly roasted bitterness at the end. Good (although IMHO too assertive to be a session beer). Still wondering whether the brewery name is a pun or an apostrophe got lost in the nebula.
