Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Young Ken. Pours unclear peach gold with a frothy, white head. Tasty, lightly tart, with notes of lemon, pear, light acidity. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean and tidy in the finish. Nice one.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to New Ken. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Light and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Ripe white wine, overripe and aged. Trace of brett. Little spice. Touch of funky floral citrus. Smooth light finish. Tidy but ripe. 3.4

(2018 bottle sample @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours hazy pale pink-peach with a white head. Notes of mixed red berries, dried flowers, lots of rose wine vibes, perhaps strawberry is more prominent, lightly peppery from either yeast or skins, a bit of a cereal saison malt, feel, oak, lightly sweet and moderately tart, funk in the back end too. Medium bodied, soft effervescent carbonation. Another lovely wine-beer hybrid from Burdock, beautiful balance again.
